Project News

On 18th September 2018, JICA Legal and Judicial Development Project (Phase V) held the Workshop "How to Write the Judgment" as the 1st Joint Working Group Meeting. The participants were officials in Ministry of Justice, Judges, Prosecutors and Court Clerks of Supreme Court, Appeal Court, Phnom Penh Court of First Instance, Lawyers and Professors belonging to the Judgment Disclosure Working Group or the Sample Form Working Group.

Mr. Maeda Yuta (Long-term Expert of JICA Project above) lectured about some important points to write the Judgment and so on in this Workshop. We could have a lively exchange of opinions regarding the topics above with the participants, therefore it was very meaningful Workshop leading to the further activities of the Project.
