Signing of the Record of Discussions (R/D) to initiate the technical cooperation project
On December 8, 2021, the Siem Reap provincial administration (Governor: TEA Seiha) and JICA (Chief Representative, JICA Cambodia: Haruko Kamei) announced the JICA technical cooperation project " Project for Implementation of Smart City Approach to Solve Urban Issues in Siem Reap ". The project will be implemented for three years from the dispatch of experts in May 2022.
