Project News

On May 24, 2022, the 1st Joint Conditioning Committee (JCC), which consists of multiple government agencies, was held at the Siem Reap Provincial Hall, chaired by the Governor of Siem Reap Province. The main purpose of this JCC was to ensure all the participants had a common understanding of the start of the project.

At the JCC meeting, promotion of Siem Reap as smart city, and the importance of data management for a wide range of information were discussed. It was concluded that all JCC members would communicate throughout the project period and agree to work together to achieve the project goals.

The contents of the JCC meeting were summarized as minutes and signed by the JICA representative and Siem Reap Governor.
