The 4th Japan-ASEAN Smart City High-Level Meeting was held in Fukushima Prefecture on December 4th and 5th, 2022, hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. This meeting has been held annually since 2019 with the aim of contributing to establishment of cooperation in the field of smart city between Japan and ASEAN.
Members of the Siem Reap provincial administrative, the project's counterpart, also attended the meeting and made presentations on Siem Reap's smart city initative.
