Online IT training was conducted to improve the literacy of the IT field to Siem Reap officials.

The training took place over a two-month period beginning in January 2023, with participants attending approximately three hours of online learning each day and receiving one to two live lectures per week from the instructor.

Registrants included 104 Siem Reap officials (19 female, 85 male), and 73 of them received certificates.

According to the questionnaire of the training, almost all participants were satisfied with the training and indicated that they gained more knowledge than expected. Participants' feedback included the following; I learned a wide range of new knowledge; I would like to step up to a higher level:

The IT literacy of officials is fundamental to the realization of smart city, and the capacity of Siem Reap officials is expected to continue to improve.
