Holding of a briefing session on the government internal document tracking system developed as part of the pilot projects

As part of the pilot projects, the project developed "an internal government document tracking system". This is a system aimed at monitoring the internal process of document circulation within the Siem Reap Provincial Administration (SRPA). The person in charge registers the basic information of the document prior to circulation, and the document recipient updates the information on a smartphone. Then, the latest status of the document can be shared with the relevant parties through browsing the system.

On May 15, 2023, prior to the system release, a system usage briefing was held for the expected users within SRPA. The engineer from Beniten Co., Ltd., which was contracted to develop the system, introduced the background of the system development and explained how to use various functions according to the user manual.

At the briefing session, participants actually registered information in the system using their personal computers and smartphones, updated records of document exchanges, assuming practical system operation. Participants actively asked questions and made comments, and lively discussions were held for better system operation.
