The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) held the seminar on the Prakas (Ministerial Ordinance) on the Court Deposit Procedure for judges and court clerks. Approximately 60 judges and court clerks belonging to the provincial courts participated in the seminar.

MOJ officials made a presentation on the definition of a court deposit and court deposit procedures and a Question and Answer session was held. In the Question and Answer session, many practical questions about the implementation of the Prakas on the Court Deposit Procedure were raised by judges and court clerks and active discussions were held during the seminar.

The seminar contributed to enhancing understanding of MOJ officials on the current situation and practical issues regarding the actual implementation of the Prakas on the Court Deposit Procedure.
