The Ministry of Justice and the JICA held seminars on Juristic Persons through the JICA TV conference system (JICA-NET seminar) on the 3rd and 17th December 2010.

In the JICA-NET seminars, Japanese professors presented lectures on the structure of the Juristic Persons in the Civil Code, and the Registration system for Juristic Persons under the Law on Application of the Civil Code. In these lectures, the Japanese professors also answered questions from officials of the Ministry of Justice, and then they were able to clearly resolve the questions.

Now that they have completed these lectures, the officials of the Ministry of Justice will attempt to take advantage of this knowledge in their daily affairs.
