The seminars preparing for the dissemination of the Inter-ministerial Prakas on Immovable Registration regarding the Code of Civil Procedure
The Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (Ministry of Land) held the seminars preparing for the dissemination of the Inter-ministerial Parkas on Immovable Registration pertaining to the Code of Civil Procedure (Inter-ministerial Prakas) from 21st to 23rd December 2010 in the Mondul Kiri province.
The lecturers in the dissemination participated in the seminar, and drafted the handouts to use for the dissemination. The lecturers prepared for the handouts sacrificing their lunch hour, and also made handouts or other documents until 11 pm that evening.
On the last day of the seminar, the co-chair person of the Ministry of Justice and the co-chair person of the Ministry of Land signed an agreement regarding the dissemination seminar.
The Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Land will conduct dissemination seminars on the Inter-ministerial Prakas in the provinces.
