JICA Headquarters dispatched an official mission for discussing the scheme of SHAPWASCO's water distribution management pilot project and observing the SOP and NRW activities of GHAPWASCO and MCWW. GHAPWASCO introduced the acquired skills (flow volume measurement and estimation of NRW) and actual field activities at NRW model area. MCWW reported activities relating to SOPs and introduced Sadat Water Treatment Plant. It was the first occasion for the GHAPWASCO and MCWW staffs to directly introduce the project activities and acquired skills through the project to JICA officials.
