Flood level survey (June 2016)
Fogera plain is submerged underwater during the rainy season. Water depth and its changes during the season are not known by researchers. A researcher is discussing with farmers how the depth is measured. Through out of the coming rainy season, the depth will be measured at fifteen points in the plain by farmers.
