The project is producing a documentary film to wrap up the activities and the achievement for the development and the national rollout of the MCH Record Book in Ghana.

The project contracted the local film production company to produce the project documentary. It will include a short movie of various activities and the interview of the beneficiaries (mothers and health workers) and project members.

The film is indispensable to disseminate the good practices of the effective utilization of the MCH Record Book in Ghana. Although the project wished to share the good practices of nutrition counseling and respectful care utilizing the MCH Record Book at various MCH services at various health facilities by inviting stakeholders to the field, it was not possible due to the COVD-19 pandemic. Therefore, the project decided to produce a film that describes the good practices of the services, the nature of participatory training of the health worker, and the voices of mothers and frontline health workers who experienced good practices of the MCH Record Book.

The project members would like to express our gratitude to all those who appeared in the film, those who did not, and those who made efforts to provide quality maternal and child health and nutrition services using the Ghana MCH Record Book. We are also impressed with the professionalism and diligence of the film production companies at shooting and production.

The film will be distributed at the final dissemination seminar of the MCH RB project and will be uploaded to a website for further dissemination.
