During first week of this 4 weeks schedule, participants took a course on history and present situation of Japan's Nursing. After activities in Tokyo for a week, participants got lectured about Nursing Career Ladder System in Japan at The Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing and site visit at Fukuoka Red Cross Hospital, Karatsu Red Cross Hospital and Oita Red Cross Hospital during second and third weeks.

After receiving 3 weeks course in Tokyo and Kyushu, participants discussed how they will introduce Nursing Career Ladder System in Indonesia and make action plan for next 5 years in the Project based on the 3 weeks experience.

It is expected participants will do a revisional study of the action plan in Indonesia and introduce it to pilot hospitals.
