We conducted a workshop for development of indicators for the Ladder System from 25th to 26th July 2014.

We started development of indicators at the workshop which was implemented in May and continued to discuss the indicators after that workshop. We held the workshop to finalize the discussions.

As we reported before, Indonesia is developing the Ladder System which has 5 levels. However, we found almost nurses who are working at hospitals in Indonesia are belong to level between 1 to 3, therefore we decided to develop indicators for level 1 to 3 first.

After this step, we will recheck if these indicators do not conflict with present Indonesia regulations and revised them as necessary. Then we will step into next phase, development of nurse evaluation method which utilizes the indicators under the Ladder System.
