Conducting the Base Line Survey

We conducted the baseline survey at 8 hospitals out of the 9 pilot hospitals in January and February 2014.

The purpose of this survey is to adhere the situation by way of the assessment on patient satisfaction, nurses' satisfaction with him/her job, nurses' perspective of a ladder system and so on before introducing the Nursing Career Ladder System. Before ending the project, we will conduct an end-line survey with the same tools utilized in the baseline survey, compare the results and analyze the level of influence on nursing activities by the project.

It is expected that not only we utilize the results of the survey on project activities, but also contribute to a good use on daily nursing activities at the 8 hospitals.
