The base-line survey on nursing career development ladder (here in after referred to as "the Ladder") was conducted from January to April 2014 and the final report was submitted by consultant in June.

In the survey, it evaluated the progress of introduction of the Ladder, nurses' understanding towards the Ladder and quality of nursing based on the national indicators at pilot hospitals of the project.

The project will analyze the result more detail and utilize those information for the implementation of the project. It is expected that the information will be used for hospital management, not only for the project.
