4th CLMV-TL [Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, and Timor-Leste] training held (3rd to 4th March, 2016)

The managers in National CERT are targeted participants in this training while technical staff members in the previous sessions. Also, in addition to the already participated three countries, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, two countries freshly joined, who are Vietnam and East-Timor.

The purpose of the training is to exchange ideas by participants about the functions and responsibilities of each country's CERT, along with their main function to handle incidents, and additionally to promote interrelations among the participants.

It became clear that the function of respective National CERTs is different, examples of which are enforcement of cyber laws, research and development, maintenance management of national data centres, and management of governmental portal sites. It is expected to improve bilateral interrelations between National CERTs by leveraging their respective strength.
