We delivered a Cyber Security Seminar toward the staff of Myanmar National Cyber Security Center (NCSC), e-government and training center. It consisted of EC -Council CND course which was carried out by a local company in January and "Roles of national CERT/Government Security Operation Center(GovSOC)/IT sections and required skills of their staff members" seminar which was conducted by two Indonesian lecturers in February. The staff members learned basics of network security and gained common understanding of CERT and SOC. After that, we discussed future courses with its managements.
