On 9^th July, the sectional meeting of the Project Supporting Committee was opened in Gadjah Mada University in the presence of Professor Darmanto, Mr. Toshiyasu Ueno, expert, and Mr. Shusaku Shiiba, expert; where preparation to be made for opening of the Project Supporting Committee, which is scheduled to open on 21^st July, was discussed.

The expert explained on the current state of composing of the "manual (draft) for researching Banjir Bandang hazardous area"; besides that, it was reported that a comic book that explains about the Banjir Bandang has been published.

Professor Darmanto commented that the university and the kindergarten have been studying the way of the preschool education inclusive of disaster prevention; and he said he would like to draw upon the said comic book.
