Disaster drill in Pace village

On December 13th, at Pace village in Silo, including the village resident participants a disaster drill was held following the educational activity at the previous day.

250 people including the village residents, staffs from village and county office, Linmas (Residents protection agency), local police, and army force, etc. participated and learned resident evacuation, rescue work and how to prepare meal outdoor, etc. For the training, virtual sounds such as thunders, storms and landslides were created by sound system. Also local fire station cooperated and pump trucks reproduced virtual storm rainfall. With the elaborated circumstances alike actual disaster, the participants attended the training seriously.

Collaborating with districts, SATLAK, and the local towns and villages in various educational activities and trainings, we are planning to improve the early warning and emergency measures.
