The tree institutions, JICA, PMI (the Red Cross) Jember office, and SATLAK (The Disaster Management Committee) in Jember district, cooperated and made posters and banners to alert Banjir Bandang disaster. Messages such as “Disaster comes when you forget about it” or "Prepared to evacuate?", etc, appeal to people to prepare for disasters.

The posters explain the mechanism and premonitory phenomenon of Banjir Bandang Disaster. On the other hand, the banners are simple and eye-grabber so as people can recognize/understand even from moving cars or motorcycles. The posters will be put up at schools in Jember district or the city hall, etc. The banners will be set on a main street.
