Photo: the Project Progress Report

We made a Project Progress　Report whose period is from May to November, 2009, and distributed to related agencies such as counterparts.

During the period, we secured office space in government building in Jember, a model site, held a Liaison and Coordination conference with SATLAK (The Disaster Management Committee) in August, and had The Second Supporting Committee of the project　in Jakarta in September. In November, Short-term experts came to Indonesia and gave exercise lessons about interpretation of micro topography. Also they gave lectures about the measurement of identifying high-risk deep-seated landslide basin and application of numerical simulation of debris flow at National Seminar for Sediment Disaster. Also, regarding the landslide occurrence and condition of this earthquake we held workshops about the investigation result of Earthquake Disaster off the Coast of Padang, West Sumatra province occurred on September 30^th and publicly inform to related parties in the District, Province and National Government.

In the future, we are going to proceed with the projects by cooperating closely with the related agencies.
