In Serang District, two representatives from each 180 schools joined the training, divided in the four different places. At the training conducted in Ciruas Sub-district on 28th, the head of secondary education division of Dinas P&K opened the training, saying “Financial reporting is an very important obligation as well as proposal making”. He advised to establish a system of double-checking the financial report in TPK as there were several miscalculations in the proposals.

In Serang City, two representatives from each 90 joined the training. The head of secondary education division of Dinas P&K stated in the opening speech that “being able to submit the financial report means that the activities were done successfully. Please implement the program with due responsibility throughout the very end”.

In the training, Field Consultants explained about the Activity Report and Financial Report, followed by a group work by 10 persons to formulate a financial report. Each group drafted a financial report using a bunch of receipts prepared for the group work, consulting each other, and some groups made presentations on their result. At the end, consultants made feedback on their results.

Participants joined the training with high motivation as they asked many questions during the group work and presentation. The deadline of the financial report is November 16th, 2009. TPK/schools are to formulate their own financial report in two weeks.
