For a launch of ITSME project, project management team, Japanese and Lao people, held Kick off meeting in order to strengthen a relationship among them and authorized project purpose and planned activities.

In addition, attendants confirm four points, abstract of the project, counterparts involved in the project, target areas and method of baseline survey. Moreover, attendants agreed that Lao people would implement the project subjectively with technical support of Japanese parties. Finally, attendants mentioned that expectation of the project is to improve quality of science and mathematics education by challenging issues in cooperation among the project stakeholders.
