Discussion for improving model lesson plan

Activities under ITSME project were resumed on 4th of February 2011. Two Japanese experts arrived in Laos on 6th of February to assist project activities. As a start of second year's activities, kick off meeting was held on 11th of February 2011.

Outputs of the meeting are as follows;

1. All the attendants agreed with a concept of the project which aims to conduct understandable and enjoyable lesson for children.
2. On the issues of textbook which has inappropriate student's activity, all the attendants agreed that the project is able to utilize some parts of the textbook with project's decisions.
3. All the attendants confirmed that target provinces should actively secure budgets for an implementation of the ITSME project as it is necessary for improving quality of science and mathematics education in Laos

The meeting was good opportunity for attendants to recognize outcomes of the project in the first year and to have eagerness for assisting the project. We should try our best for responding expectations of all the attendants.
