Fifth workshop was held at Pakse TTC (Teacher Training College) from 29th of October for a week. This workshop was mainly making preparation for the next TOT (Training of Trainers) which will be held in November.

1. Discussing the contents of the next TOT

TOT in November was not planned originally. After TOT in September, based on their reflections trainers strongly requested to conduct TOT again. So next TOT was planned from 12th of November for a week. The agendas of the last TOT were introduction of ITSME materials in mathematics and science and planning of internal supervision at each school. At TOT in November, introduction of "How ITSME makes lesson plans" will be added. It is the first time for the trainers to introduce this idea. So, trainers spent much time to discuss and made a draft of presentation.

2. Planning of TOT schedule

Same as the last TOT, trainers distribute themselves into three groups and conduct TOT at Champasak, Savannakhet and Kammouane provinces at the same time. Trainers set the schedule of TOT by each provincial team. All of them will hold one-day preparation meeting before TOT and provincial feedback meeting after TOT. Basically brief feedback meeting for each district will be held right after TOT on the same day. Some provinces planed feedback meeting on the following day of the first TOT to reflect the result to the following TOT.

3．Discussing the plan of presentation at TOT

Trainers were divided into three groups that were mathematics, science and "How ITSME makes lesson plans". They discussed presentation of TOT individually. Not only the making lesson plans but also mathematics and science sessions planned to introduce the process of the making lesson plans showing concrete examples in their presentations. The groups for presentation in mathematics and science held lively discussed for long time. Previously lecturers of TTC tend to lead discussions. Trainers from DEB　(District Education Bureau) gave their opinions actively in this time. It was so impressed.
