All lesson plans assigned to each trainer were presented to the others to show their actual status and improve by the comments of other trainers and experts. After all presentations, two lesson plans were selected for TOT. When trainers selected the lesson plans, they considered that those lesson plans promote teacher's understanding on the topic which teachers feel difficult. As a result, fraction in mathematics and electric circuit in science were selected.
