Twenty three (23) participants of JICA Partnership Seminar from NGOs, local government, enterprises, universities, etc. visited the project sites and relevant organizations in Lao PDR from 10th to 17th February 2013. They visited one of the Project sites, Taoy District of Salawan Province on February 14, 2013. The participants listened to the explanation about people's livelihood and the activities of the Project from Lao Counterparts and actively discussed with them. After taking lunch with neighboring villagers and Lao counterparts, the participants visited Doup village, which is one village of the target cluster, and observed real villager's life.
