Project Concept

The CIED II Project, Supporting Community Initiatives for Primary Education Development, promotes the planning, implementing, reviewing and evaluation cycle at every level of education, from schools to the ministry, to create "self-developing schools with quality", which is the goal that Education For All schools should aim for.

The CIED II Project will contribute to the realization of a policy, which aims

• to develop provinces as strategic units,
• to develop districts as strong multidimensional units, and
• to develop villages as centre of the push for development.
