Scene of the session

The second Study Session was held at Lao Plaza hotel February 5.
We had twenty participants from Min. of Planning and Investment, Min. of Commerce and Industry, NAPT, NAST, LICA and IT related companies as well as NUOL. After the research team of LICA (Lao ICT Commerce Association) presented the interim report, lively exchange of opinions was made by the representative of each organization. The mutual understanding on the problems which each organization is facing and on their efforts was increased.
