Mr. Ishikawa and trainees

The 4th sessions of technology transfer on DBA (January 28 to February 22) and Programming (Java, January 28 to March15) were completed. Mr.Ishikawa, a JICA short-term expert conducted the courses like before.
The focal point of the DBA course this time was the OCA (Oracle Certified Associate) examination in Bangkok. After intensive preparation and a screening exam, seven made a trip to Bangkok and took the examination on February 11 and 12. However, it is regrettable to say no one could come back with an OCA certificate. We expect we will see a better result in next opportunity by taking necessary measures.
The programming (Java) session has eight participants including four new people who passed the screening exam.
