The opening ceremony of ITSC was held at 13:00 on October 29 in the conference room of IT Building.

The deans, all the lecturers and project staff attended, and the first batch of ITSC students looked little nervous but full of hope. Dean Boualinh addressed about the social circumstances around IT, the mission of ITSC and expectation for the students.

The ceremony was follows by the course orientation for students.

Thirty nine students had enrolled and were divided into three classes: one class in Software Engineering course (16 students) and two classes in Networking courses (23 students). The course starts on November 1 with six fulltime lecturers and two visiting lectures.
