The project received Mr. Kenzo OSHIMA, Vice President of JICA and Mr. Kazuhiro YONEDA, Director of Southeast Asia Department 2 attended by Mr. TOGAWA, chief representative of JICA Laos office, Mr. YONEYAMA, senior representative and Ms. IWASAKI, representative on November 11.

Dean Boualinh, project director and Mr.Somphone, project manager held a meeting with them then, Mr.IDE, chief advisor of the project explained our activities and guided them in the IT Building. Later, the group visited Building A and B to inspect the dept. of CE & IT and dept. of Electronics.
