On the 30th of November, honored by the presence of Education Minister Phankham VIPHAVANH and Ambassador Junko YOKOTA of Japan, the handover ceremony of IT Building was held.

Dean Boualinh SOYSOUVANH, Ambassador YOKOTA and President Soukkongseng SAIGNALEUTH of NUOL gave their congratulatory addresses expressing that the building would be the center of human resource development and entrepreneur support in IT field. The representatives cut the tape in front of the main entrance, which is followed by toasting and site visit. The ceremony was broadcasted by Lao National TV and Lao Star TV in their news programs and also appeared in Vientiane Mai.
