In collaboration with CISCO and JICA, the distance seminar on Network was held on February 3 by using JICA-Net. Dr. Suguru YAMAGUCHI, Professor of Nara Institute of Science and Technology conducted the seminar. The main topics include:

• CCNA Security Advanced (Growing Risks on Information Security. Lessons Learned from Japanese cases)
• Introduction of CCNP
• Update on IPv6
• Introduction on leading-edge server system

All the participants were very keen because they surely have to deal with those subjects in the near future. The project will plan a series of distance seminars of this kind in the future.
