Ms. Kiyomi EGUMA, short-term expert of JICA, conducted the technology transfer on Leadership and Teamwork from Feb.14 to 22.

The participants were forty six, including eleven teaching staff and all the students of ITSC. Three groups were formed and each received the course of one day and a half. The participants experienced the:

• role of communication
• importance of leadership and teamwork and
• problem-solving method

through the collaborative works such as games and making a paper-made tower.

All the participants eagerly get involved in the workshop, which is very new for them and very different from the classes they usually experience.
