The purpose of this video is to improve the general understanding and knowledge of child development and to contribute to the improvement of the nurturing environment. The development of infants and toddlers from newborn to about 4 years old is explained in six areas: 1) posture and movement, 2) hearing and vision, 3) exploration and manipulation, 4) memory, 5) language, and 6) social skills.
