"The Strengthening the Government Capacity of Public Investment Plan (MDPI-TA)" Project team held an online meeting with Kh. Batjargal, the Chairman of NDA and B. Dulguun, Deputy Chair to exchange views on further cooperation in Phase 2 of the project.

The project team presented an update on the project activities undertaken in Phase 1, the results achieved, and the work plan for the next two years in Phase 2. During the meeting, the following issues were discussed and agreed on:

• A training program to be organized in accordance with the "PIP project formulation, evaluation, prioritization, selection and implementation monitoring guideline and manual" developed in the Phase 1 of the project.
• Addition of a Pilot organization to verify guidelines and manuals and evaluate a full process of PIP.
• Development and application of the IT system related to PIP
• Organizing a study tour to learn international practices and experience in policy and planning development.

Kh.Batjargal, the Chairman of National Development Agency, expressed his full support and cooperation for the effective and successful implementation of the project.
