Project Joint Coordination Committee was held.

On December 4, about two and half months after the appointment of Japanese experts, the first meeting of the Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) was held to approve the "Framework of Reference" determining the principles and the methods of the project implementation. It was and chaired by the Secretary General of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training. The Framework of Reference has been developed to design the project activities pertinent to Moroccan context on the basis of the discussions between Japanese experts and Moroccan partners through a number of opportunities including the workshop reported in this Project News before. In the JCC meeting, it was emphasized that the PEEQ aimed at the nationwide dissemination of a model to support schools with many difficulties that should be created through the project in addition to the mere help for the target schools.

The table below shows the target of the first round (September 2014 – January 2016) approved by JCC. At the closure of the meeting, the Secretary General declared loudly the official launching of the project.
