The project held the 3rd JCC on November 15, 2016 at the Ministry of Education and Human Development.

In the JCC, the Mathematics team presented the development process and progress for learning materials, and future plan for teacher training and monitoring. The Natural Science team showed the profiles of the team members. The Survey team introduced preliminary results of the baseline survey (conducted from August to September), which revealed possible factors that influenced students' academic achievement. The project logo was also presented and approved in the JCC. The logo has a slogan: "to train (the IFP students to be) competent teachers in mathematics and natural science". It represents a sprout (a new teacher) growing up from the ground (the new learning materials) into the blue sky. At the same time, the blue colour is for mathematics and the green is for natural science. Thus, the logo clearly represents the characteristics of the project.

Upon the request from the director of National Directorate of Teacher Training, the focal point person of the project (a technician of the Directorate) gave a presentation about the survey results in the ministry's regular meeting, in which directors from every Directorate participated. Thus, the many stakeholders of the project are interested in the project's survey results.
