Baseline Survey Report was published

Report of Baseline Surveys for YAU-JICA Technical Cooperation Project was published and submitted to the 1st meeting of Joint Coordinating committee (JCC) held on 21st June. The report, having 207 pages in total including Appendixes, is composed of 6 chapters: 1.Executive Summary, 2.Introduction, 3.Background of Baseline Surveys, 4.Current Situation of University Administration, Education and Research, 5.Questionnaire Surveys: Issues and Problems YAU Faces, and 6. Need for Establishing Management System for Education and Research.

Each Appendix contains source material, useful to understand current condition of YAU, related to chapter 3 to 5, such as statistical data of YAU, Q&A of questionnaire surveys.

As it was the first experience for YAU staff to plan and carry out surveys on YAU by themselves, this attempt provided them with growing sense of ownership of the Project.
