On 3 April 2015, the 2nd Joint Coordinating Committee Meeting, chaired by Mr. Devkota, Joint Secretary of MOUD, was held in Kathmandu. Prof. F. Kazama and Prof. N.M.Shakya presented result of the 1st year and the plan for the 2nd year, even proposed revising the Project Design Matrix and the Plan of Operation, and updating the working group member list to the JCC members and Chief Representative of JICA Nepal Office. The report and the proposal were endorsed by the JCC and the minute of the meeting were also signed by the JCC chairperson and the both Japanese and Nepalese side.
