The 3rd Joint Coordinating Committee Meeting, chaired by Mr. R.R. Pandey, Joint Secretary of MWSS, was held in Kathmandu. Total 25 of the JCC members and the project menbers including JICA Nepal's Chief Representative attended it. Prof. N.M.Shakya and Prof. F. Kazama presented result of the 2nd year and the plan for the 3nd year, and reported the influence of the earthquake and fuel scarcity, occurred in the 2nd year, on the project implementation. In the meeting, an updated working group member list and an additional TOR of the candidate selection panel for training program were also proposed by the project. The reports and the proposals made by the project were all endorsed by the JCC and the minute of the meeting were also signed by the JCC chairperson and the both Japanese and Nepalese side.
