Installation Locally fitted, Compact and Distributed water treatment system at a student hostel of Institute of Engineering, Tribhuvan University
Dr. Kamei (11 -16 Oct.) and Prof. Kazama (13 - 16 Oct.) performed installation of a LCD, whose core is a Dropping Nitrification Reactor, at a student hostel in IOE, TU. This LCD is expected to be operational in November and aims to provide the boarders with clearer water for shower bath by reducing ammonia content and turbidity in water they currently use. An effect of the LCD on the boarders' life will be assessed by Working Group 5's socio-economic survey.
