In December 2018, three short term experts (and a student) were dispatched to Kathmandu from Uni. of Yamanashi.

20 - 28 December: Dr. T. Kamei (WG4) with a masters student carried out the LCD related works including designing an artificial wetland. Besides, they held meetings with the LCD users in Chapacho, Chyasal and the girls hostel of IOE.

25 - 28 December: Dr. F. Kazama (Project Manager) and Dr. T. Toyama (WG4 leader) had series of discussions with project's stakeholders, i.e. Mr. I.M. Amatya (WG4 Leader), Dr. N.M. Shakya (Project Manager), KUKL and KVWSMB. Taking advantage of this visit, Dr. Kazama organized a LCD sites tour for a staff member of JICA Nepal office.
