The 3rd Technical Working Group (TWG) Meeting of the Project was held at Bayview Park Hotel in Manila on November 22, 2018. The meeting was attended by 24 members including DOH officials, a private service provider, JICA Experts, Japanese researchers, and JICA staff members.

The TWG members reviewed drafts versions of Service Provider's Manual, Patient's Workbook, and Discussion Points for Social Support Sessions, which are integral components of the project's new drug dependence treatment model "Intensive Treatment and Rehabilitation Program for Residential TRCs (INTREPRET)". They also discussed protocols and quality standard of group counselling to deliver treatment sessions under INTREPRET.
