The 4th Technical Working Group (TWG) Meeting of the Project was held at the Ramada Manila Hotel in Manila on March 5, 2019. The meeting was attended by 28 members, including DOH officials, a private service provider, JICA experts, Japanese researchers, and JICA staff members.

The TWG members viewed pre-recorded group sessions of the Intensive Treatment and Rehabilitation Program for Residential Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers for Drug Dependents (INTREPRET) facilitated on a trial basis by counselors of the Project's pilot treatment and rehabilitation centers (TRCs). After the video viewing, the members shared their suggestions for improvement of the INTREPRET materials and training needs of facilitators.

The meeting also confirmed that, in addition to TRC Bicutan and TRC Tagaytay, TRC Dagupan will be included as a pilot site for the implementation of INTREPRET and up-coming activities.
