The 4th Research Working Group (RWG) Meeting of the Project was held at the Department of Health (DOH) in Manila on March 6th, 2019. The meeting was attended by 16 members, including DOH officials, JICA experts, Japanese researchers, and JICA staff members.

The RWG members discussed the key findings of the pretest of the research protocol and tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the new treatment model for drug users, conducted prior to the meeting. The required sample size for the research and the operational plan of up-coming activities were also discussed at the meeting.
