The 9th Technical Working Group (TWG) Meeting of the Project was held online using Zoom platform on December 3, 2020. The meeting was attended by 34 members, including DOH officials, JICA experts, and JICA staff members.

The TWG members discussed the content of a new treatment program for the Outpatient Service, "Enhanced Treatment Program for Outpatient Services for Drug Users (ENTREPOSE)." The TWG members agreed to pilot-implement the program at selected TRCs before its finalization.

The members also reviewed the draft Department Order of "Guidelines for Implementing and Monitoring Intensive Treatment and Rehabilitation Program for Residential Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers for Drug Dependents (INTREPRET)" and agreed to provide comments in one week before its official endorsement at DOH.
