TCP3 Project Launching, MOA signing, Inauguration of the Farmer’s Learning Center and Induction of TCP3 Farmer’s Association

San Antonio, Nueva Ecija. It was graced by local executives and representatives from different collaborating agencies. The event was participated by more than 200 guests and farmer-participants from different barangays of San Antonio, Nueva Ecija. It was highlighted by MOA signing between LGU San Antonio, PhilRice-JICA, 4th Congressional District and the TCP3 Farmers’ Association and witnessed by collaborating agencies (DA-RFU3, ATI, NIA, OPA and AFCI). Also highlighted was the inauguration of the Farmer’s Learning Center and the induction of TCP3 San Mariano Farmer’s Association.
